I did the same, but am still awaiting for the funds to be transferred to my nominated account.
    Tipton

I mentioned above that I sent my instructions for my Regular Saver Issue 2 OCT 24 (App) by private message on 20 October, and received an acknowledgement the following day confirming that the funds would be withdrawn on 1 November and land in my nominated bank account on Monday 4 November.

And the funds from my matured Principality Maturity Winter Regular Saver just landed in my nominated account on a Sunday!

  • Hello,

My gateway regular saver is due to mature soon, the app says my nominated account must be authenticated before any withdrawals. Does anyone know how do this? Can't find anywhere in the app to set this up. Thanks in advanced.

    I'm assuming you meant Gatehouse.

It's been a while but if I remember correctly I gave them my nominated account details in online banking and they then sent me a code in the post, which I inputted in online banking to authenticate my nominated account.

  • Probably been covered so apologies, but can you hold more than one issue of the Gatehouse RS at one time?

No. Their t&cs say : Only individuals can open an account and only ONE Regular Saver account is allowed per person. Joint accounts are not permitted. When your account matures at the end of the 12 month term, you may open a new Regular Saver account, subject to availability at that time.

    NO,NO,NO.
    I found this out Friday.
I had made 2 payments, both got refunded, now waiting for my 13th payment to be refunded.

I believe that you can only authenticate your nominated account through the Gatehouse website. That's what I did before I sent my first payment to my first RS and I didn't have to authenticate before my first RS matured and funds withdrawn through the App.
