My YBS has also arrived, plus 19p from a day in the Easy Access account. I shall spend it wisely.simonsmithsays said:
YBS payment now received - mid morning on a Saturday is pretty good!simonsmithsays said:I had three Regular Savers mature today with all having, at least some of the, proceeds due to land in a Nationwide Current account.
Cambridge BS - top marks arrived around lunchtime
Tipton BS and Yorkshire BS - still waiting.
OH decided that he has room for the YBS Easy Access maturity account in his collection and is keeping it. I expect this is some kind of RS fail!
With the numbers of accounts we now have, I’m glad of our spreadsheets which can be sorted by type, interest rate and maturity date…Fashion on the Ration

Did you do this in advance due to the badly laid out options, or after it had matured? Sadly I didn’t think to do the former, not expecting an EA account not to have a ‘withdraw’ button.surreysaver said:
Which account are you talking about? If it's Tipton, I private messaged them asking to keep £10 in the EA and transfer the balance to my nominated account. And that's what they've doneKim_13 said:Still no withdrawal option showing for those who let it auto convert to the EA.
Wish I’d just specified the full contributed amount and let all of the interest stay, rather than doing this because I wanted to leave behind the minimum possible to retain membership.0 -
@Bobblehat, I made a faster payment from Barclays to Gatehouse early yesterday morning. The £300 bounced back into my account around 3:15pm yesterday. Maybe I got it back quicker because they use Barclays as their intermediary bank 🤷🏼♀️😊Bobblehat said:I'm sure someone will post regarding the bouncing external 13th payment from the Gatehouse RS, but could those forumites who do see the payment return let us know when it has. The reason I ask is to see if Gatehouse are blocking only internal transfers! I think that's a slim chance ...... but....!
TIA.3 -
I asked Tipton CS how to withdraw from the EA as there is no visible nominated account linked to transfer to, and was told that is correct as having a linked account doesn’t allow you to directly withdraw from the app. You have to contact them via message and the app team will manually process the withdrawal for you, and they are back in again on Monday.Kim_13 said:Still no withdrawal option showing for those who let it auto convert to the EA.

By done, do you mean you’ve already received the balance in your NBA please?surreysaver said:

I asked for similar and I haven't received the balance so don't consider it done.
Those of us who've 'done' this option have definitely been considered differently (to those who've taken al theirs out and have already received their balance).

Thanks folks. Looks like it makes no difference if the 13th payment attempt to GH RS was by internal or external means! I guess it was a long-shot to see if there was a loophole!@Bobblehat, I made a faster payment from Barclays to Gatehouse early yesterday morning. Is anyone planning to complain that rejecting the 13th payment is not in line with their T&C?Aidanmc said:Just received the 'rejected deposit' email from Gatehouse.Funds will be returned to source account within 2 working days
Edit: I believe that several did when the same issue occurred recently with Monmouthshire BS1 -
My request for confirmation of 13th payment bouncing was to see if there was a possible difference between internal and external transfers, rather than considering a possible complaintgt94sss2 said:
