    Also when did Principality mobile site (and/or standard site) get a new look?
    They definitely had it on Sunday morning, but before that I do not know.

    I don't think it's working at Newcastle. Only 1 RS is showing now in my accounts.

    Oh well! Wouldn't have been the 1st time this forum had unearthed some brilliantly useful glitch 
  • Trying to open a Christmas saver with PBS. Am an existing customer but it keeps running into a problem. Will probably go into branch to sort it out as I'm not a fan of BS online services to be honest. MHBS feels like I've gone back in time by about 20 years!

    Anyway apologies for mini-rant. I just wondered if anyone else (existing PBS customers) had been having a problem too?

    Existing customer. Clicked apply. As an existing customer I was given the option to login and then it took about 2 minutes. Easy.

    Afraid not, mine was opened very quickly, and half of that time was just waiting for the SMS passcode. I've been avoiding anything under 6% but ended up grabbing their Regular Saver issue 34 while I was at it too.

    Opened mine with Principality BS in literal minutes.
    Clicked apply - prompted me to log in - check a few boxes re tax and document reads and boom - account open.

    I opened online, Windows, Chrome - if that helps.
