Yes, although when applying for a new account, you'll see a message saying you need to wait up to 24 hours for the record of your previous account to be updated before you can open the new one

If people are worried re the account being withdrawn, can’t we just close it early and open the new issue? Haven’t looked at it yet, but that’s what I was planning to do.

I can confirm you can only have 1 Flex Regular Saver at a time.
I have tried a few times to get issue 3 while having issues 2, it's a no go.

I told them I wanted the 8% regular saver, but their need for id etc had messed that up.
The lady said I was the 30th person she had spoken to today that said they had had enough and given up on YBS for now.
She has had this reply all week for loyal customers who had 3 or 4 plus accounts with them, and were not willing to hand over their details to a third party to get another saver with them.
I think it might have backfired a bit for YBS to bring this in this week.7 -

That they're pulling it suggests they're content with the amount of accounts which have been opened.3 -

That they're pulling it suggests they're content with the amount of accounts which have been opened. It's not about the deposits, its about the checks.5 out of 6 people including myself have given up this week.I had 6 accounts with YBS and my friends and family had 5 or 6 each. All were asked for ID checks but one.83.33% of us have given up on YBS this week.I will be closing 4 more accounts with them next week after my ISA'S mature. As I don't need these type of issues.Providing id to third a party is not an option for me.I was happy to go into a branch but that was a No No.3 -
My Nationwide Flex Regular 2 is showing as £2715.02 total, so £2600 + £115.02 interest, nice 🙂👍5
