Just opened the current account and Regular Saver with no issues but trying to set up standing order from Chase to the Regular Saver and the details didn't automatically match .... has anyone else had this issue?

Yes, with Santander. Double checked account and sort code and sent it anyway. Showed up correctly within a couple of minutes.
Do Money Saving sites make you buy more bargains - and spend more money?

Thanks - I've triple checked and sending a test payment now!

Opened and funded. Can't say no to a 10% regular saver.

Try a different browser. You should be able to go to the resume an application part of VMs website, log in, and then it'll find the fact you started an application already.

Not a top one but one to possibly keep an eye on:
Darlington BS to launch a 12 month regular saver at 5.1% tomorrow (£250/mth max). Account allows 2 withdrawals/yr excluding closure.
Account is now showing on their website. https://www.darlington.co.uk/savings-account/12-month-regular-saver

However it won't let me apply. It just hangs indefinitely on:

    Loading product information
    Please wait, retrieving product information...

If I try refreshing the page I get:

    Product no longer available
Unfortunately that Savings product is no longer available.

Has anyone managed to apply successfully today?

Impressed with Tipton. My RS matured yesterday, my maturity instructions were to close the account and pay the balance to my current account at Santander. Money was there when I logged in at 7am this morning :)
The account was closed and transferred to me in the middle of the night, but my slight annoyance is that there are no statements (unless something is due in the post?) and the account has now vanished from the app, which somewhat stuffs up my interest spreadsheet. I've deducted the 13 x £500 deposits and the £49-odd interest that I luckily noted from last year so with the remainder it should tally up with an extra £167.95 interest this financial year
Hardly difficult to work out the exact interest, as you have proven 😎

It is also hardly unique that you no longer have online/app access to closed accounts.

A closing statement might well arrive in the Post in the next few days. If it doesn’t, and you must hava a closing statement, I am sure you can request one.

Anyone know if we can make a 13th deposit into the Nationwide Flex RS 2 please? Terms don't seem to forbid it, but balance illustration after 12 months seems to use £2,400. Thanks
Should be possible, not sure if you'll get much extra interest but if you have the funds you may as well.

I funded mine today with £200 and now at £2400, mine seems to end on 21st September so will probably fund again on 1st September if I have the funds
