Thing is while applying the need help phone number given is actually the current account phone line.
I don't think Virgin have thought things through, tested things out beforehand *SIGH*0 -

Virgin Regular Saver
Have managed to open the account on the website for current accounts and paid in £1. How long before the account becomes visible online? I don't have the app. Or do I have to log in to their separate savings account portal?0 -

Just opened the current account and Regular Saver with no issues but trying to set up standing order from Chase to the Regular Saver and the details didn't automatically match .... has anyone else had this issue?1 -
