    Progressive BS

i feel like they only seem to be progressive by name…

I received the call from them when it didn’t like my ID, they told me my ID was fine and to try register again and to click “don’t have photo ID” so it will flag their end and they will accept it. I get all the way through the registration process and after picking marketing preferences it gives me another error.

I don’t expect to hear anything from them now till Monday… feels like this has been the most error registration I have had 😅

I've had a lot of difficulty too and after finally getting to the end of the registration part and submitting, I got that same error message on the marketing preferences page.

I'm getting the same from the Progressive.  I've tried in Chrome on my laptop and mobile, and the Microsoft browser on my laptop.  None of them seem to allow me to complete the registration.

Has anyone figured out how to make their website work?
For me it worked perfectly in Safari on my iPad.

ME TOO, I sailed through the sign up process only to be given an error message on the final screen, told to ring up. What a pain in the butt.
I guess I'll have to wait until tomorrow to speak to a human

Progressive. I've made three or four unsuccessful attempts, both on desktop (Chrome) and phone (Safari).  Then I called and spoke to a human who helped me to open the account.  Waiting time for the call to be answered was about 10 seconds and the whole process took about 4 minutes.

Looking at the faff some are experiencing while opening the Progressive BS RS at 7% variable, I've decided to plump for Skipton Member RS 3 @ 7% Fixed.

Lower maximum deposits, I believe, but seems the more practical atm.

They must have been inundated with people trying unsuccessfully trying to open the account over the weekend, as I've been waiting for an hour to speak to someone!
Seems like an IT system not up to the job again

Anyone else got a Tipton Regular Saver Issue 1 (5.75%) that should have matured after 12 months but is still sitting there, weeks after the maturity date, with the title and interest rate unchanged?

It's not due until the end of this month.  The full name of this account is "Tipton & Coseley Regular Saver until 31.07.24".

Oh, I had not registered that, thanks.

Is there a similar end date on their Issue 2?
