Anyone else got a Tipton Regular Saver Issue 1 (5.75%) that should have matured after 12 months but is still sitting there, weeks after the maturity date, with the title and interest rate unchanged?0

Is there a similar end date on their Issue 2?0 -

Furness Building Society
Currently there is a problem with their online system, when it says you have 5 minutes to enter details, the software behind the system is only actually giving you thirty seconds.
It is a known problem and they are hoping for it to be fixed later today.0 -
Managed to open the Progressive account okay, but cannot add my Nominated Bank Account, says it invalid. I bank with Lloyds. Had to call them and I am waiting for the call back. Glad I only sent £20.00.0

Glad I only sent £20.00.Earlier I wrote that Progressive are having to add in a number of sort codes for English and Scottish banks into their systems. I phoned them, the team added in my sort code and after a couple of days it worked. Money will still go through. You could phone them or send a message to them online.

Progressive BS Regular Rainy Day Saver
I've got a little flurry of regular savers maturing this month so I've set up new ones with Principality and Progressive today (happy time updating my savings spreadsheet).
I've had similar problems to other people with Progressive:
Nominated bank account - got an error when I tried to add Chase initially but have successfully updated to First Direct, thank you for the advice on that one!
Reference number for deposits - I did the first payment by debit card but when I've set up the standing order from Chase for the rest of the deposits I also got a warning about the reference number. The first SO won't go out until beginning of next month so was just wondering has anyone pushed past the reference number warning and seen a payment go through successfully? I've tried to read back a few pages through the comments but can't see anything apart from people having a similar issue, apologies if I have missed something.0
