    It's still there.  Don't look under 'regular savers', look under 'online savings'.

    Still active https://theprogressive.com/savings/online-savings/online-regular-rainy-day-saver-account although not mentioned on the Regular Savings page

    Had signed up at the above link. Received an email during the week to say it was now available and I downloaded today. 

    Able to see all the payments into my regular saver.

    The Vernon On-Line Regular Saver appears to have been modified to locals only - No longer to existing members. 

    This is routine for Vernon who occasionally offer specific accounts to anyone for a while before changing to locals. I’ve never been sure whether it’s all a mistake or (more likely in my opinion) they briefly offer them more widely when they want to increase member numbers and balances.
