Same. They contacted me asking me which* banking institution I was using for the first payment, but I didn't make it pass the first page of the savings application form; which it's different to the register form where I had no issue.

Got as far as submitting photos of id + selfie, failed id check, they'll be in touch within 2 business days.

Got as far as submitting photos of id + selfie, failed id check, they'll be in touch within 2 business days.

Mine went through fine a few weeks back but IIRC when others have had this issue they've been able to just try again without waiting for them to contact you and pass the ID check, with best results being when you have a photo of your passport already which you can upload immediately.

If it's failing digi ID and you call, they'll ask you to start the application again and this time select 'no pic id'; then you will get to the next stage, rather than go in a circle...

So then follow instructions to register, set up password:

If you do this in advance it'll save doing it while they're on the phone when you ring.

So then when you call they'll ask you to email photo ID and selfie to an email addy they'll give for manual matching.

PS Apparently Chrome 'appears to work better than Edge..', but it didn't for me...:)

I did but it's a faff with the SalesForceAuthenticator though a nice chap in their offices talked me through it. Now waiting for a resolution to a problem with their systems not being able to verify my nominated linked account.

Well I've tried a couple of different browsers and don't get beyond the first page of registration. After entering all of the details down to address there is nothing below and no way to advance to the next section.

Edit: It looks like they're using Salesforce for everything, so any ad blocking or privacy settings will prevent some of the pages loading correctly. Using Chromium/Linux with default settings worked fine and I had no issues.

I'm pleased to see they offer Google Authenticator if you first decline the Salesforce Authenticator app when prompted to install it.

No need to use salesforce authenticator. Can't remember the steps as did it a while ago, but hidden away on that page you can get a code to add it to the apple keychain authenticator
