The Vernon On-Line Regular Saver appears to have been modified to locals only - No longer to existing members.This is routine for Vernon who occasionally offer specific accounts to anyone for a while before changing to locals. I’ve never been sure whether it’s all a mistake or (more likely in my opinion) they briefly offer them more widely when they want to increase member numbers and balances.1

Furness - Had the email explaining the launch of the new online and App. You need to register for the new service before 30/8/24 to continue to access accounts online and get the App. If you have an ID document eg passport - "you don't need to do anything yet, we'll contact you as soon as we launch.""Savethepandas" - have you no ID? did you sign up using the form? did you then receive a 2nd email saying it was available? Then you were able to proceed?I have ID, so I presume I wait for them to contact me and don`t bother with filling in the form?Remember, its not just the App that`s launching - its the online access. So if you don`t re-register before 30/8/24 you will lose all online access after that date.0

I received the call from them when it didn’t like my ID, they told me my ID was fine and to try register again and to click “don’t have photo ID” so it will flag their end and they will accept it. I get all the way through the registration process and after picking marketing preferences it gives me another error.
I don’t expect to hear anything from them now till Monday… feels like this has been the most error registration I have had 😅
I've had a lot of difficulty too and after finally getting to the end of the registration part and submitting, I got that same error message on the marketing preferences page.
Has anyone figured out how to make their website work?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?1 -

Registered interest on 23/06, got confirmation email straightaway.
Email from Furness on 04/07. 'Get started today! Your new digital savings journey is unlocked...'
06/07, used pink 'Start your journey now' button on email of 04/07.
Needed either passport or driving licence to register. I used my passport: photo of passport, then selfie. OH worked straight away, I lost my internet connection when I submitted, so had to do some fiddling to get it to submit.
