I see "..something's gone wrong..." online when I try to renew/close the BoS reg saver... that now only has £1 in it as I w/d the rest with the intention of renewing.
"Unfortunately we can't retrieve some of the account information you've requested right now. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please try again later."
Not a big deal for me as I only have a month or 2 to go, but liked a fix for 12 months before they decide to drop the rate.

I have one and consistently find that there is a delay of 24 hours before my monthly standing order is credited and showing in the app.
Its the only RS where I have this delay. Anyone else?
They credited my initial deposit, made by debit card, on the day of deposit.
All my subsequent SO deposit were credited the working day after they were sent.
I was looking at this account this afternoon and debated for a minute whether to close it. At 5.5% (var) and no end date, I think it's still a valuable account and I don't really have a better place for it, so I'll keep it running.
I was depositing various sums, but now settled on £500. I have other places getting the same rate without monthly limits, but this account is equally good. T&C are flexible enough for me, I don't think I will go over £50k on this account in near future so full withdrawal won't be a problem if necessary. I don't see any reason for closing Hanley RS at the moment.
(Ditto Monmouth, but that often appears around midday on deposit + 1).0 -
My Monmouths still haven't been credited, Midday FP+2!0

Sent my FP deposits to Monmouth on Monday (a little after midnight), and they were showing this morning, credited for Monday - IME, it always takes 2 days to show online.0

Normally, when I open a TSB Monthly Saver, I make the first payment to it via Standing Order from a TSB current account, than all other payments come from my non TSB current account, always works fine. However, yesterday, I made my first payment as a Faster Payment from my TSB current account. Today, I've received an email from TSB reminding me to set up a S.O. from my TSB current account. As I've already now made my payment for this month, I've set up a S.O. from my TSB current account for May. Can anyone tell me if I can just cancel this S.O. in a few days and continue to do what I normally do and send via S.O. from my non TSB current account (ie, will just setting up the S.O. have satisfied their system, so I can then cancel it?).0

TSB monthly saverMy experience is that TSB always send an email reminding me to set up a standing order. I have always ignored said email and funded by faster payments from my TSB current account. Ms Descrabled always funds from her Lloyds account. Neither of us have ever had any problems. I don't think TSB check that you have this standing order. You do not need to use a standing order and can cancel any standing order you set up.I will be stopping all regular savers with interest under 6.25% in the new tax year after paying into the ISAs. I will no longer fund the TSB monthly saver amongst others.2
