Yeah I think initially the funding was slow after leaving account but as SO setup last month thought that was behind us, I’ll be patient.C Rudyson said:Catplan said:Monmouthshire balance updates, when can you expect it.
SO from nominated account, can see it leaving on 1st (along with Beehive a Principality, which showed online yesterday), nothing in Monmouthshire RS as yet, in either. Last month was fine, nothing showing this month as yet. Just a quirk of monbs?
Same for me. I phoned Monmouthshire and they have received the deposit, but say it can take a couple of days to show in the account.
Perfectly normal for them .apparently0 -
I have four payments to four separate Monmouthshire BS RS accounts which left my Santander current account on 1st Nov, none showing yet. This has become normal for MonBS over recent months. They used to be one of the quickest of the smaller building societies to update their accounts.1

Why would it be of interest to you when those SO payments arrive in the Monmouthshire accounts ?Hattie627 said:I have four payments to four separate Monmouthshire BS RS accounts which left my Santander current account on 1st Nov, none showing yet. Oh for heavens sake, how many more posts do we need about the same thing?
If you sent a faster payment to Monmouthshire yesterday, you will see it on line tomorrow. It will be credited from the 1st. You have not lost anything. That's just the way Monmouthshire work.
And it will be the same next month.8 -
The only time I login to Mon BS (excluding the need to transfer/withdraw) is when I have made a payment from an account I haven’t used before, to check that the test payment has arrived first. In those cases it’s obviously preferable that they show sooner so that the account can be safely added to. Potentially nervy if you have sent a max payment and don’t know what to expect, but other than that Mon BS are one of the better smaller providers in that the payment shows as the date the transfer was made and not the date the money is allocated to the account. As Nick_C says, there’s no lost interest.

The new Principality BS Loyalty RS at 6.25% was launched after the Christmas Regular Saver maturity letters had been sent out and is actually called "Maturity Winter Regular Saver Bond". Even if you've already completed a maturity request to transfer your maturing Christmas Regular Saver funds out of PBS and close the account you can still amend your choice before the maturity date by calling PBS. They advised me they will keep £125 back from the maturing balance that is being transferred elsewhere and then the account will be renamed Maturity Winter Regular Saver Bond and keep the exisitng account details.Thomas_Crown said:My Principality BS Christmas Regular Saver account matures on 11th November and I have been offered a new Christmas Loyalty RS at 6.25%. Thanks for this info. I was due to have all my money withdrawn on 8/11, but have now rung them up and changed to the new RS. 6.25% is definitely worth it! The y couldn’t have made revising the maturity option any easier - call answered quickly, a few security questions, and then it was done.saverbynature said:

Hi folks
Has someone got the details for the Cambridge 6% extra reward RS please? They've now gone from the website.
Maximum and minimum payments and the withdrawal penalty would be a great start
