Eclipse: very very good at the time, clear English phone voices, very helpful, great support. Then taken over by (iirc) madasafish, taken over by Plusnet. Left PN, went to Sky (mistake!) and returned to PN, where I am now.

I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.
