Third one on Wednesday 2nd, not a good day for VCS!

On what basis were the other two won?
Are there any other cases about to go to court? Obviously I now have their witness statement, which I guess will be fairly standard. I found 7 discrepancies with it which I had listed down as arguing points in court, albeit I didn't need to go that far.

Search that phrase (queen hit record) and you will find plenty , one was not allowing an emergency stopping event which bylaws allow , another one or probably even more was poor and inadequate markings and signage etc
