Any additional last minute advice would be appreciated.
I've read their witness statement several times. They have failed to consider the vast majority of my defence and seem to be heavily reliant on Beavis vs Butthead. I'm not directly disputing this with my witness statements x3.
They are also heavily reliant on adequate signage. Not disputing that either. In my statemnt I have conclusively expressed that heavy parking stopping resrictions were indeed evident.
To me it looks like their own evidence/statement will hang them. I barely need my statement at all.1 -
