Morning, hope you enjoyed your dinner Duncan. Let's hope your dad gets his minute of fame approved. Your have to find a way to remind him to take his masks out although on the upside you get another walk today.
I had a win last night on Snizi I won Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. Just got to win a switch to play it on now, lol. Nephews have one so that's a present for them. It's sunny out there but the cars are all icy and Charlie didn't hang around when he went out.
Hope you all have a good day
Stay safe

Hi Jazmeen, I hope you found what you were looking for. I can't help as don't enter the competition.
It's a lovely day here but if we believe the weather reports it's the lull before the storm. Stormy weather expected tomorrow.
I had Drs surgery phone yesterday to book my vaccine, it's tomorrow morning so that's all booked. DS has his hospital appointment tomorrow as well but it's 8.30 then back again around 6ish to take all wires off.
Hope your all having a good day

Afternoon. Lovely day here too Indie. I have washing out in the sunshine. Indie great you have your vaccine booked. Sounds like a really busy day for you tomorrow. Well done on your Snizl win. Nephews will be well pleased.
Everything seems on a go slow here. Even comps seem to be taking ages to do. I am allergic to the pollen on the Silver Birch trees and every time I go out in garden come back with sore eyes and then sneezing. Although the trees are a road away. Shop I usually buy remedy from is shut so I’ve ordered from a different company over a week ago and Royal Mail still has not delivered. I phoned company yesterday and they said they would give me a refund but that’s not going to stop the hay fever. They said to phone again tomorrow.
Duncan hope you have had some good walks before the storm and Dad has collected his Screw-fix order. Hope Dad is successful with his fundraising and has his moment of glory.
I’ve just ordered GS’s birthday present to go to him for the weekend. We delivered his present last year while DD1 was picking him up from school but didn’t stay as there were already worries about the virus and two of his school friends were going home with him. It’s just going to be the two of them this year for his 10th birthday.Take care all.3 -
Good Morning
Dad got his order from Screwfix and we took the long way round so plenty of walking involved, we don't mind the rain that much as long as we know it's coming and it is not cold with it.
Dad was out front this morning fitting yet another post for the fence and i was shut inside as there was a huge gap there while he was working, just waiting for the cement to dry so that the panels can be fitted in place then I can get back to chasing the gulls.
Some editing going on with Dad's video to put in subtitles and other things, I still have a copy to the 'raw' version but the edited one will not be going out for a couple of months probably, no point in putting it out too soon after the first one.

Afternoon, It's wet and windy here today. I have had my jab. In and out in no time as no-one there. When I took DS's partner there was a long queue. Maybe I was lucky or the weather kept some people away.
I hope your remedy turns up soon leanfun, I remember when you took your GS his present last year. I hope he has a good birthday. Hopefully your be able to deliver it yourself next year.
Glad to hear your dad got his order and is able to get on with mending the fence Duncan. Your soon be able to get out there again.
I had a WEM from The Rugesller today and just picked the rug I would like. I only entered it yesterday, lol. Off to thank poster now.
Hope you all have a good day

Morning,
Wet and miserable here so feeling pretty fed up. Had a few nice mornings out in local(ish) areas which cheered us up. Was walking at beaches and woods.
Hope your jab went well indie. Getting mine tomorrow morning, just got to go down the town which is handy although by looks of forecast will need the car. Wind and rain looks really bad.
Been a few suicides and drug deaths in area which is so sad. DD says the mental health wards are packed. At least only a handful of COVID patients. Strange to think they tried to empty the mental health wards last lockdown to make way for the COVID patients. Just hope the proper lockdown easing starts soon.
Have you had your vaccine yet leanfun?
Hope you get back into the garden to play soon Duncan.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Afternoon. Very dull here today and raining but no winds.
Sheils I had my vaccination last Friday at the leisure centre seems I forgot to say. Last week the receptionist I spoke to actually phoned back to say he had appointment for Friday. It was a big centre with lots of volunteers and people there having their jabs. I think I was the oldest person there. Have to say it was very uplifting to see so many people really upbeat. There was a great mixture of people, both helping and having the jab.Sheils sorry to hear about the deaths in your area. Early months of the year are really bad for mental health. Pleased to hear you have been out locally. So looking forward to better weather.
Indie great you were in and out with vaccine I was in the leisure centre 25 minutes, including the 15 min after jab so no hanging about. Indie congratulations on your win great you have a choice of rugs. Amazing when you enter one day and here the next. I need to get a move on with comps. Yes, last year we missed seeing him but GS did have a party. This year it’s just the two of them. DD1 has ordered a Zizzi’s takeaway for them as pizza is his favourite. I did pay a bit extra for delivery of his present and amazingly it arrived early this morning while he was upstairs. My remedy still not here but we are last house on postman’s round so might still turn up today.
Duncan hope your Dad fills the gap soon and you can chase the gulls.
FireFly have you and DH had the vaccine? One of my friends had a nurse from the GP’s come to her house to give her the jab.

Good Morning
Great that everyone is getting sorted with their jabs but bad news that you can't get anything local FF.
Fence is up and I now have the freedom of the front drive again so I now lie in the doorway all day rather than go out there and Dad is forced to keep the door open no matter what the weather.
We are going back to Screwfix again today to get replacements for all the screws used on the fence, mask is in the pocket already
Showers forecast for here today but it is already windy with strong gusts.

Morning sunny here this morning and no rain so far.
Firefly great your DH has had the jab. DH and I had phone calls from our GP to go to a leisure Centre a short car journey away. May be it might be an idea for you to phone your GP and they might have some local vaccination appointments. We also had the same letters as you to go on line but as people were being sent a long way we didn’t do that. Seems you can either have appointments online or through GP.As I have said I here I had to phone GPS a few times. If you explain your situation I’m sure they would look out for an appointment. Hope you have one soon.Take care.2
