I am uncertain if it has already been asked but are you, personally, non-verbal?
I know your post might suggest you are however I am uncertain as you could be asking for a 3rd party.
Virtually - yes I may as well be !

If so - I suggest that you re-read the link properly and aplogise......."
No, I wasn't referring to that.
As I stated earlier it was on your NI credits only thread. A thread on which I spend a long time researching, posting, and trying to give you help on the topic you raised.
It was a complete waste of my time, and the time of all the other forumites you lured in.
As you have 1.8k (1,800 !!) threads I can't easily find it to link it. Perhaps you can, and then others can decide.
I would estimate I spent cumulatively at least a full working day trying to give you guidance and help on your (as it turned out) bogus thread about how to claim a benefit for NI credits purposes, and you have the gall to suggest I need to apologise.
I do hope the other posters who have also tried to help you on this circuitous thread now realise what a pointless exercise it is, and will warn other forumites lured into your future threads that their efforts are likely to be in vain.
Rather than killing time by posting these circuitous threads, and then annoying helpful forumites through obfuscation and complication, please think about putting down your keyboard, and finding another hobby / outlet.
It is very likely you and your immediate family would benefit if you could be more active in your local community and tried to establish some meaningful human contacts - perhaps a day club / or a lunch club. Or perhaps you have acquired skills in your working life that could be put to practical use at a local charity - do please give it some thought.
I really feel it would benefit both you and the MSE community if you are able to find a more appropriate outlet - please just try and look back through this thread (and your other threads) with a dispassionate eye. Can you really not understand what others are telling you on here?
Surely it's not good for your mental health to be engaged in these silly games, and attract the personal criticisms that invariable follow when you fail to react sensibly to good suggestions but just continue with excuses and obfuscations.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.12 -

50Twuncle said:When I contacted BOS using the email address OnlineComplaints@bankofscotland.co.uk - I did give them my account number, sort code, full name and address - but still no responseWhen I tweeted them (still unresonded to ...) - it was just a general question on what email address to use !I have asked Nationwide to transfer my funds using CASSSo BOS IS the problem - not myself - I have followed the "rules" to the letter
Even in your posts on here we see the issue. You say that you can’t do X, and when someone points out that you can then you switch your stance and say that you should not have to.
You come across as someone who goes out looking for offence.4 -

The thread in question is here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5813461/ni-credits-problem/p1 I remember it well and it wasn't that difficult to find over on the benefits part of the forum by searching for a few words.

18 pages - starting in March and ending unresolved in Sept when we had all lost patience.
Contributions from yourself, NeilCr, pmlindyloo, calcotti, etc.
I think it was xylophone (on the first page) who found the FoI link in which the NI Credits only process was outlined.
