Yes I am saying every sign is bad, it's a deliberate ploy that MPs sussed which is why we have the new Act and code of practice coming in.  This is endemic in this parasite rogue industry and quite deliberate to catch people.

These are some of the comments made by the MPs in Parliament concerning the unregulated parking industry (Feb 2018):

These are the exact words used.  You are entirely missing that it is a scam to issue predatory tickets with entrapment zones. 

If you KNEW that you were going to get £100 charge for stopping there then you would not have stopped, would you?

What's the reason you didn't know? 

Answer: because whilst there are signs there, they don't meet Lord Denning's Red Hand Rule.

we don't particularly care what you think the case is about. You've come here for advice from people who frankly know a ton more than you. Why choose not to follow that advice now?

Your attitude is pretty bad tbh. Are we not allowed to question it? Just blindly follow? 

It’s a pretty simple question. You are basically saying lie about the signage to win the case. It doesn’t matter about why I’m bringing it to court. 

It’s just about the win.

We are not.  Did you read the MPs' words? 

This sort of scam was unanimously condemned by Parliament (both houses).

You will lose if you are going to rock up to court and say you saw signs (which were crystal clear, well lit and placed, with £100 in the largest letters and you agreed to pay £100) and accepted the contract but think it's unfair and there were mitigating circumstances.

jus that what you think makes a good sign isn't actually correct. We know this because we've done this before, hundreds of times

Are you saying you read the sign, that it was lit and well placed, and agreed to pay £100 because it was in large letters?

I am struggling to find any 'red route' marked on GSV with double reds and Clearway-style VCS signs, between the station and the Airport, can you show us a link to the exact spot?

@OP - have you shown us the signs?  I haven't read back through the entire thread. If you haven't got photos of them, can you remember exactly what they said?  The signs are the purported contract between you and the PPC.
