You need to read all the other Airport WS cases - there have been some really good ones pointing out how dreadful an unpersuasive VCS v Ward is and instead pointing to Ransomes about trespass.

The forum search isn't great but try those words and see what you find if you combine it with the word 'Airport'.

We all know you DIDN'T see the signs not agree to pay £100 because you could not have read them - you know that was the case, too, surely?  That is part of your WS but you need to copy from other ones.  This is not about your mitigating circs; it doesn't win a case about contract law.

Read you can pay your court fee online when you use the money claim service but I can’t find a link to it?

Court fees are paid to the actual court , by the claimant , as would be in the court order they receive from that court. That same court would also give details on payments , but the actual details can also be on the court website. Check Manchester court website for details on their arrangements for example

The Moneyclaim service is used to start a claim and a claimant pays them a fee at the start, either when the firm is submitted or receives payment details in reply to the submission

Why are you asking about paying court fees?  Have you instigated a counterclaim with your defence?  Are you starting a claim of your own?  The claimant pays the court fees not the defendant.  OR are you asking about paying a judgment?

Sorry, I haven't read back through the 100+ posts here, and it may be explained somewhere back in the pile, but are you trying to pay a court fee? If so, why?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Who to ?

You are defending a court claim , you do not pay the CCBC or court , unless you submitted a counter claim with your defence ? In which case they ask you for payment by electronic means

You are not being clear about your question or why you are asking it ?

The CCBC were no longer involved in your case from the day they sent it to your nominated court

The claimant paid the MCOL fee when they submitted your claim to the CCBC and paid online

The claimant pays the court fee to your local nominated court by the methods asked if them by the court , nothing to do with you !
