    Or even a series of emojis like they have on Facebook i.e like, love, laughing, wow, crying and angry :D

    Not sure if it was in this thread, but someone asked 'how do you see who's online?'
    In edit profile there is a section for Online preferences, where there was a box to click to hide if you were online or not. Mine is blank but can't see if I'm here or not (lol) on any thread.
    If the box is empty, there should be some sort of sign that a member is present. Maybe it's in MSE's to-do list.

  • I think saying Thankyou (Thanks) is polite.
