    Isn't the DT forum about controversy , debate, difference of opinion etc, etc.

    There were people here who had very different political views to mine and yet on other subjects I was totally on their side. 

    Those who I dis agreed about on politics needed to see I was not against them totally  so the thanks button was a sign to them that on this I'm with you

    Exactly. I think you did what I did yesterday with the quotes, they are so slow in appearing you clicked "quote" again and like buses, they all turned up at once :D
