On top it has a good two inches of dark brown with the off white fleck. The rest is faded violet so more Reddy brown now. Underneath I have a lovely white streak growing nicely with lots of white around the hairline. It's at the stage where I can scare people by lifting it back to show how much white I have 🤣🤣🤣.
Not quite long enough for a pony yet but when it is I shall be scaring people on a permanent basis like when I stopped wearing makeup and refused to be a sheep like a good girl that I'm certainly not 😁

Ha ha, I also have white streaks at either side underneath. So odd how it grows! Mine is long and the dye line isn’t as in your face as I’d expect, it goes from brown with silver to a reddy brown I never intended, but the box produced 🤣 anyhow, I’m not cutting it…it’s witch all the way for me! I only wear make up when I go out out, but I so rarely go out out, that I feel like a complete 🤡 clown when I attempt it now 😬

Just ditch the makeup then. It goes off if left too long before using up doesn't it? I decided it melting off me face with hot flushes wasn't the best look and wasn't going to keep replacing it because I'd had it too long and had a rare night out!
I would possibly go back to mascara if my eyes werent always itchy (dry eye) but I just wear chunky glasses 🤣

Catching up, there is no accurate short answer to your TUPE/pension question.  If it is ever on the cards PM me.  

I had quite dark hair pre 40, but now grim badger stripes and that awful washed out salt and pepper thing.  Have to be client facing suited and booted for work so I have blonde and pale brown highlights which pulls it together but is many £. I have factored in embracing my inner witch for when I can afford to retire.

Aww redo I'm sorry you have to put on expensive hair for work. It's not on. If you were a bloke it wouldn't be expected. 
Maybe one day there will be real equality for all no matter who you are sex race religion sexual orientation etc etc. I hope I live to see that I really do.
