Im seeing a load of on screen formatting issues. Text overlapping other text. Boxes in the wrong position on screen. Images not showing correctly. The complete text of someone's post not showing.
Here is a screen capture of what I'm seeing on almost every screen.

How can you get a forum implementation so wrong?

That was so useful on the old site. How about the users/posters/forumites needs? Surely they are the ones that this site is set up for. Ignore your consumers' needs and you lose them.PS, I know it's not your fault1

Hi. I hope I'm asking these in the correct place.
I seem to remember that on the old forum front page it said how many members there were, birthdays etc. Any prospect of that coming back?
Also, can anyone remember how many members there were on the last day of the old forum, and how many there are today?

I have tried to post a link, but I have been told I have to be around a little longer before I can post links. I have been on this site for many years, but I had to create a new ID because MSE would not let me use my old one and would not send me a new password. So I can't post links.
I don't think I will be staying on this site much longer, as the other competition portals now seem a lot more attractive.

For anybody that's having this issue with BT the blacklisted email address MSE are using is....forum.noreply @moneysavingexpert.com.....this needs to be added to your whitelist which is found in your email account...settings...more settings....on the left from the list "filters".... then you can add that address to the whitelist and ask to have the activation email re-sent.
Some people only exist as examples of what to avoid....1 -

When the Council I used to work for was changing a lot of its written/on line communictions, it consulteed with local reps of disability organisations over things like colour, font style, font size, paragraph spacing, centre/left line justifucation and line breaks etc. Do you know if MSE Towers did anything similar?
On the various other issues raised, like a thanks button on DT, numbering of posts, being unable to tell if other members are on line, etc, of course at the end of the day it's up to the folk at MSE to take the final decision, but there doesn't appear to be much of an effort to communicate reasons to members.
My views are probably a bit similar to Kpwll's above. Ignoring suggestions, let alone ignoring concerns or complaints, tends not to go down well; telling people what they ought to want is even worse, especially if they have been accustomed to what might be called a higher level of service than they feel they are getting now.
(See? Helpful and constructive as always!)

@bazwaldo. Sorry, can't help with that, you'll need to email the forum team

They are all VERY busy at the moment, and prioritising tasks, they WILL get back to you, but it may not be immediately.
