I predict the MSE boffins will check user usage in a weeks time......and squeaky bum time all round with a big drop.As others have said the new layout is too harsh on the eyes,and i for one will not browse the forum when i have a spare 15-20 min as the "New Posts" posts icon disappears once you've clicked on it.Having to refresh for new posts and not letting you go straight to last post as also a pain.

It'll cost them less to run if there are fewer active users and fewer posts, so that may not be an issue

hate it, used to pop in a few times a day, now it hurts my eyes. The colours and layout are poor

Totally agree, it's pointless the forum team saying how fantastic it is, the truth is nearly everyone hates it

I'll be another one who won't spend much time here in future!
Did MSE not learn from their last attempt at changing the forum, after which large numbers of us who could, reverted back to the old green, user friendly pages?

Im sure I speak for lots in saying im not the slightest bit interested in "badges, no of posts," etc that fill my profile page, can we not have the option to remove ?

I will half agree with you - if someone has made a lot of posts they must have been here a long time, not just some 'fly by night'!!

I also have no interest in badges

It would be good to get the 'thanks' score back as that (IMHO) adds some 'credibility' to the poster's comments

I am pretty rubbish with computers but everytime i open a topic all the posts overlap one another, is everyone else getting this? If not can someone help me. It's driving me mad. Also when i go into a topic the signatures overlap on the post that's written.

I was using IE11 (my favourite browser) and had to access this site via Firefox (which I just tolerate) because I had the same problems. I don't know how other browsers are working with the site. Hope that helps a little.
