I was using IE11 (my favourite browser) and had to access this site via Firefox (which I just tolerate) because I had the same problems. I don't know how other browsers are working with the site. Hope that helps a little.LBM Debt Total : £48,326.50

I’ve been trying since Friday to get the reset email. Eventually it arrived at 18.33 this evening, I’ve just clicked on the link to get an error message about the link being timed out! No warning in the email about a time limit.Yes, this is a new account, would rather have my old one.0

Some positives:
- forced me to bite the bullet and move from IE (messages not displaying properly) to Edge and move all my bookmarks
- eventually got my reset password after several attempts (suspect problem with btinternet mail) so can revert to old username
- like the favourited categories showing each time I access forum
- finally quite like the new layout
