I wouldn't be worried about the virus wafting through the gaps in a doorway.or window-frame. Touching the contaminated surface of a door would be a greater risk.
On another thread we were discussing how to stay sane on self-isolation. I suggested a few sites worth exploring.

In my own space.... I'd have been well stocked, well prepared and looking forward to not having to explain to anybody "I don't go out, I never see people - and that's fine as they're annoying"

The Wanderer's been spooked.  I was asked the other day "have you been buying in lots of food?" and I said "no" ... but, since then, all I've heard is 10 minutes of unpacking/rustling of packets in the kitchen every day for the last 3 days.... she's been out panic buying/stocking up.... with rustling wrappers (which became very annoying as I can hear every rustle in here).

One hot/main meal I'm looking forward to making is: stuffing and instant mash with instant gravy.  One mug ... mix up the stuffing/wait for it.... plonk that onto a dish and mix up some instant mash in the mug... plonk that on the plate, mix up instant gravy in the mug, plonk that on the dish.    

For extra excitement I could even mull over opening a tin of peas... buried under hot gravy I'd barely notice they were cold.

I've been pondering this; the kitchen leads into my room... I've stayed out of the kitchen except 2 minutes/week max... but there's a heck of a draught from under the door.

Did you check out the "I will survive challenge" one too on Youtube? The one with the woman starting off and then the man comes in on it wiggling his bum whilst dancing. Can you do a link for that one if so?

PN  Pot noodles is one thing and noodles is another but have you got any toilet paper to deal with used pot noodles?

Went to a rather posh dinner with band members and finished up talking to someone about visiting the tip when having a clear out.  I only recently realised that this was one of my I expect many innapropriate conversations because I can never think of what to say to people.  How do they spend hours talking about nothing?

Bugg4h.  The Wanderer will be doing 12 weeks in close proximity to me.... I do hope she doesn't get "bored" and try to engage me in conversation I don't wish to have..... I'm going to have to fake a bit of a cough etc ... keep her away.

Not being racist, but I genuinely can't actually understand a sentence, or what the question means with her... I can make out individual words, but can't work out the context, or what sort of answer I'm supposed to be giving..... 

I should've bought garlic, to hang on the door.... 

Hasn't she had it already anyway?
