    Bath in the bedroom anyone?

I'm a shower not a bath person anyway, but even if I liked baths I wouldn't want all that steam and damp in the bedroom  :#

I'd be OK with it.  Baths generate a lot less steam than showers so providing the room was large and airy enough I doubt it would be a problem.  Certainly if it was the only way to accomodate a bath I would definately consider it and in this instance I would rather do away with the bath and curtain combo and have a nice roomy walk in shower there instead.

    A @Rigolith nightmare?
How much smaller can they get? Both bedrooms so narrow and the WC is straight off the kitchen.
Surely there will be a washing machine somewhere but I can’t see it?

2 bedroom terraced house for sale in 35 Templeton Way, Helensburgh, G84 8FA, G84 (rightmove.co.uk)

Daily sunshine? Really? This is the west of Scotland! OK so today is sunny...

They shouldn't be allowed to build them that small. Terrace as well.

A bit of a strange mixture altogether - kind of farmhouse style decor with so called trendy features such as open plan ground floor and the bath in the bedroom. The layout would work better with more modern style decor

That is smaller than my very first house, a 1 bedroom terrace.  I thought it was small for 1 bedroom.  The 2 bedroom versions of the same house were bigger than my 1 bedroom.

EA boss: "If we take the pictures kneeling down, that'll confuse 'em into thinking they are spacious".

It's not even in a particularly urban sardine-packed area either. Our developers and planners who allow these rabbit hutches ought to be ashamed.

The owner has a very specific style and hasn't let the fact they're currently in a brick-built semi hold them back!

It says "2 double bedrooms" in the description. You would have difficulty with a single bed in either if those.

I hope whoever buys it realises, and doesn't turn up with an actual double bed on moving day.

It's tragic really. That crap is going to be there for a century or more before someone puts it out of its misery. Probably longer since it's terrace.

    Would be Persimmon.
