I'd be OK with it.  Baths generate a lot less steam than showers so providing the room was large and airy enough I doubt it would be a problem.  Certainly if it was the only way to accomodate a bath I would definately consider it and in this instance I would rather do away with the bath and curtain combo and have a nice roomy walk in shower there instead.

But the bath is situated in a bay facing the road - Would you really be a big enough exhibitionist to stand there having a shower ??? 

Lol, no.  I am referring to swopping the bath and curtain combo in the bathroom for a shower not the bedroom one.

That is smaller than my very first house, a 1 bedroom terrace.  I thought it was small for 1 bedroom.  The 2 bedroom versions of the same house were bigger than my 1 bedroom.

My neighbour's 2 bed is almost 50% larger than that.

I am imagining the smell inside already.  That will take a few skips to clear that lot.  

I wonder what the notice on the front window says?  I tried to zoom in on the picture but not enough resolution.

If the EA is touting it as a possible "project", and it obviously  needs a complete clear out and refurb, it needs a simple floor  plan and basic room measurements. (Yes I  know the floor is mostly covered in places)
as has been said before, quite sad if anyone lived like that.

Whatever was starting to pile up visible in the front window in 2012 was still there in 2019.
