That layout looks really badly thought through. E.g. to get from the kitchen to the dining room, you either go outside, or upstairs and through the bedrooms.

It could be their garage rather than a neighbour's? EA does say 'garage to the rear'. My mum's garage is a little bit like that, although not as in your face, and she has a side door to access it from the garden as well as a regular garage door.

The EA says garden to the rear, not garage.

It is clear on the street view that it is the neighbour's garage.

The photos show several rooms set up as offices. Perhaps the left is living space and the right business. You wouldn't particularly want random business visitors to be able to walk into your home

Does that mean the contents are included? May be of interest to book collectors even if they don't fancy the house...

There's a bookshop in Glasgow that looks a bit like that - I know it's not a property for sale but I thought I'd sneak it in for the spot the cat.

Oh my! We were playing spot the book (ones that we've already got- family of big readers). Would certainly be tricky trying to survey! It might be quite a decent size when everything is emptied out. I wish the person who is buying it lots of luck.
