Not sure how welcome this will be on here, a slight change to the usual stuff, it just blew me away, and whilst $50 million is not cheap, compared to the competition (up to $150 million) and compared to some of the £30 million flats up London, this has value for money written all over it.

Sit back and dream for a few minutes:

is it just me or was the waterfall 10seconds in flowing up?

    Yep - Flowing up.
Then later in the video the exact same shot (in reverse) shows it flowing down.

*I haven't watched it more than once, honest

OMG, I'd be walking up and down stairs extra carefully!  That is an accident waiting to happen.

The stairs make me feel sick - especially Pics 30 & 31.  I'm trying not to think what would happen if someone opened the double doors while someone was outside.

Is pic 47 the naughty chair?

It's in the States. Maybe the property developer owns shares in a health company and they want you to end up in A&E so they can make a profit!

Not sure if this one has been shared before. It’s definitely “interesting”, especially when you take a closer look at things on the virtual tour.

Does the large stained glass door between the hallway and shower worry anyone else?

let alone the interesting en-suite on the top floor.

I guess with the mirrors the are trying to make it look more spacious…. But there’s lots of other ways they could do that… I would almost prefer an entirely grey home!
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
