Not sure how welcome this will be on here, a slight change to the usual stuff, it just blew me away, and whilst $50 million is not cheap, compared to the competition (up to $150 million) and compared to some of the £30 million flats up London, this has value for money written all over it.
Sit back and dream for a few minutes:

Brace yourself for pictures 17 to 21. To quote the EA blurb "The current custodian is artist Tod Hanson, who has transformed two of the rooms into truly extraordinary art installations, using the influence of the architecture to inform the optics of the works."

That’s a first for me, (what appears to be) a thatched roof on a brand new block of flats

I have no idea who wants to live in a desert, anyway, but far more importantly it's a family size home filled with danger for children! It's not just frightful, but actually frightening.
The OP says to dream on, but frankly it's a total nightmare.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?2 -

Apparently, it was the Tudor Close pub, built with a thatched roof in the hope that that would sell more beer, perhaps?
Anyway, that didn't work, and it's been chopped up into flats. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
