Right on top of a traffic light controlled junction. Quite likely planning would be refused for multiple properties unless there was access from another (quieter) side street.

1 acre plot, 4 houses would be a generous 1/4 acre each. Probably 10 houses at modern developer size plots. Depends on the housing density in the area.

It could be their garage rather than a neighbour's? EA does say 'garage to the rear'. My mum's garage is a little bit like that, although not as in your face, and she has a side door to access it from the garden as well as a regular garage door.peter3hg said:"Lovely private garden space".
