I don't think a single carpet fits the room as every rooms seems to have a gap all around the room.

From what I could see, it looks like underlay.

Does anyone know what that thing next to the toilet is in picture 11?

I reckon it's one of those eagle egg hatching thingies.

Close proximity to a massage parlour as highlighted in maps. Given the reputation of Bristol "massage parlours" it would put me off viewing

Haha just noticed that! It appears to be just some house on another cul-de-sac on the same estate. Wonder what services they provide?  :o

There's something rather unpleasant about the insinuations. Not just you, but an earlier poster.

If you check out their website/Facebook page, they appear to be offering completely genuine therapeutic/beauty treatments.

No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

I'm not insinuating anything. I live locally and I would have already heard if there was a brothel operating in the vicinity.  :)

But not sure what website/facebook page you're on as there doesn't appear to be one.

Beautiful features and location but a bit of an odd layout and with a strangely unlived-in vibe:

That is nice, isn't it.  Comes with everything one might want and all done to a high standard.  The only concern is service charges, which aren't mentioned in the agent's bumf.
and "original sash windows" - howling gales?
Why would original windows be a concern? Surely cheap plastic replacements would be more of a concern.

I lived in a house with original sash windows.  Definitely wouldn't be approved of by "Insulate Now" protesters.

Stonald Road isn't in Peterborough, it is in Whittlesey which is a small town in Fenland District and some 6 miles from .Peterborough

If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales

We did too. The glass was also original. Loved it.
