Definitely. Would make it less of a pain to trawl through.RelievedSheff said:
if they removed all of the silly photos of furnishings from the Grimsby house it would have less than 27!!lincroft1710 said:
Interesting that this house at £995,000 has 27 photos, yet previous house at Grimsby for £155,000 has 46 photos!Gers said:If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
For some reason that house reminds me of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air...Gers said:Nothing is foolproof to a talented fool.1 -
Gers said:I doubt I could afford to live in it, not properly, even if someone gave it to me.I used to do some work in a similar sized similar type of house 10 years ago that was operating as a care home. the owner told me the annual heating bill was £10K That will probably have doubled now.1

I know this one, I did some work in it about 8 years ago https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/117960917#/?channel=RES_BUYIt started as a traditional cottage but was "modernised" by an architect in the 1980's. It has a half sunken kitchen area and various other quirky features, but it means there are 2 parts of the house on the same level but you can only get between them by descending half a level to the semi sunken level then going back up a different half flight of stairs. When I was there 8 years ago it had it's original coloured bathroom suites, including a sunken bath in the middle of one of the bathrooms, they have gone and been replaced with white now, though the owner at the time said he was going to keep them.

Wot? Did you miss the Navy/Purple toilet in pics 7, 14 & 16, and the Turquoise one in pic 9?ProDave said:I know this one, I did some work in it about 8 years ago https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/117960917#/?channel=RES_BUYIt started as a traditional cottage but was "modernised" by an architect in the 1980's. I really like almost everything about that one, including the retro loos. The orange kitchen and probably wood cladding on the ceilings would have to go though.1 -

That's a lovely house. Shame about the sunken bath having gone; it would need to be reinstated if I lived there, but nothing else needs changing!ProDave said:I know this one, I did some work in it about 8 years ago https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/117960917#/?channel=RES_BUYIt started as a traditional cottage but was "modernised" by an architect in the 1980's. Must admit, they hadn't registered. Looks like an interesting solution to the great toilet paper shortage of 2020ProDave said:badger09 said:

This is a weird property. It has been built in the car park of a row of shops. Estate agents photos carefully taken to not show where exactly it is located. Apparently it is "ideally situated".
