Amazing how much value blue wood stain can add to the property. Saw this last year for about £360K..

Love the big rooms and sense of space. I think it has been dressed for sale by the developers. No mention of a service charge and the tennis court is in a sorry state.

That is nice, isn't it.  Comes with everything one might want and all done to a high standard.  The only concern is service charges, which aren't mentioned in the agent's bumf.

I don't think it's "useless" it's just not what people use garages for anymore. Garage for me is storage for stuff like camping equipment and paint. Not a car. 

My grandparents used to park their car in their garage and it was such a faff all the time having to open the door and whatnot. I definitely don't want to park a car in a garage.

They need to increase the floor space. Houses are just too small.

They also need to make better use of available space.

I don't understand why more three storey properties aren't built as new builds. Normal house, then add an extra floor and make that the fancy master bedroom area with dressing room and en suite that people desire. Would mean other bedrooms could be larger on the first floor and make a big difference to how many houses they can put in a large estate.

Is that not an odd toilet placing in the shower room?  The loo roll looks out of reach.
