That's true, at least people can use them unlike the typical new build garage.

Would have been much cheaper to install chargers before the tarmac though. They need to be wired into each home's supply for billing.

People often say that new build garages are small yet ours built in 2019 has room for a car, which you can open the door and get out of, a work bench and tool storage along the back wall and a large freezer. At the minute there are also load of crates of beer left over from Christmas. 

I certainly wouldn't call it small and this was built by David Wilson Homes so is not a one off or expensive build.

That's lovely.  Looks like it's been refurbished very recently - what an odd decision to go down the modern auction route.

That's lovely.  Looks like it's been refurbished very recently - what an odd decision to go down the modern auction route.

It is a fab house in a great location for us.

We are going to keep an eye on it and hope they decide to go down the traditional sale route and drop the price just a little. We are so painfully close to being able to buy this one by traditional methods

Each to their own. I absolutely love the interior. It would be boring if we were all the same though! I, also, don't have £3.5m lying around either!
