Google Earth has a measuring function. Very handy when house-hunting for checking sizes of driveways and gardens.Ditzy_Mitzy said:

It's OK for a rough estimate, but due to the way the map is constructed from various photos it can be massively incorrect, especially over short distances.peter3hg said:

This is not the thread for discussing toilets or how electric charging will work with terraced houses (although on the latter, charge at work, not at home? Induction in the ground? People don't want to find a solution so suggest silly cables over pavements!)6 -
