That isn't a garage. It is a brick built outbuilding.Ditzy_Mitzy said:
It's a damn sight better than most people have got, industrial land has a rugged beauty to it and the dock basin is lovely to look at. The garage is at the back and is accessed via a service road.peter3hg said:
Not sure I'd describe a railway, busy road and industrial docks area as a "glorious outlook".Ditzy_Mitzy said:
Bizarre listing! The house has an absolutely glorious outlook, which must be one of its best features, but not a sniff of it in the advert. It's also got a garage, but is listed as having on road parking only.MzH_2021 said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/118032347#/?channel=RES_BUY Check out the mirrored ceiling in the lounge!
Can't see any evidence it has a garage either.
It is less than 10 foot in length so couldn't fit anything bigger than a Smart car if it was a garage.0 -
Spot the pigeon impact on the bathroom window :-)

It always makes me wonder when the front of the property isn't pic 1.

Ah."One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate change policy is environmental policy. Instead, climate change policy is about how we redistribute de facto the world's wealth." - Ottmar Edenhofer, IPCC economist, interviewed at COP163 -
It looks quite charming (compared to some fronts).
May you find your sister soon Helli.

It's not what you think it is. Having had a look on Streetview proper, what appears to be a garage conversion is nothing of the sort. The house originally had a lean to conservatory on the side, which appears to have had a brick skin built round it. What they also don't show you is the sheer profusion of ivy on the front, which is enough to put anyone off, and the state of the frontage.ProDave said:YoungBlueEyes said:https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/117901655#/?channel=RES_BUY

Yeah it was the ivy that I didn’t like the look of. You’d have a beggar of job to get rid."One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate change policy is environmental policy.
