This (basically 2 houses) has got flagged on by the local online press because it's relatively pricey for the area. Frankly, it looks a stylistic mess (all that space and a relatively tiny garden) and if I had nearly 2 million quid I wouldn't be spending it on that.

God, that's awful. "Design & Decor is unfailingly immaculate throughout". No, it really isn't.

If you go back using Google Streetview history, you can see when it was 2 separate houses (and separate front gardens) in October 2009

No kitchen showing for one house and what appears to be a single bed next to stairs.

Pic 2 - no blinds/curtains and no frosted glass. Talk about putting on a show for the neighbours

Our local hospital has windows that you cannot see in to despite looking pretty clear from inside.  It could be these. It is a disconcerting experience to get undressed in front of them though and not something I would ever choose for my home.

    . And 2 baths in a one-bedroom flat?

I think they are just illustrating the fitment options available aren't they?

Possibly not a real photo as others have said.

But the windows look like one way glass from the outside so maybe its because of that.

When converted into 8 flats grossing £134,000 in rent a year and yielding over 7% it could be a reasonable proposition for someone.
