Indeed I would go so far as to suggest that reintegration of the flat with the one above, would yield a home worth more than the two flats combined, bearing in mind houses in that area are very rare compared to the vast abundance of purpose built (spacious) Edwardian and Victorian tenement apartments .
The flat also suffers from band G council tax designation which was probably justified when originally a house but far to high for the smaller cramped apartment.0 -

Staying with the Glasgow theme this is a fine example of a large Edwardian listed tenement flat in Glasgow Southside (my favorite spot in Glasgow).
