We were looking at this house on Rightmove over the weekend and can anyone make out the white sign that is on the neighbours house please? We have tried zooming in etc. The house for sale is empty and I’m wondering if the sellers have had a row with neighbour and wanted to get out quick.

    Thank you!
I can't see any sign on the neighbour's house. I'd be more concerned about the stain on the kitchen ceiling that looks likes a leak from the bathroom (photo 9) plus the rather odd factor of the upstairs lights having the rose dropped down.

I can't make it all out, but I can see the following (xxx words I can't work out)

    No 37 neighbours xxx
    Please keep off xxx

Just guessing, but I think the sign is to make clear its 37's parking and not 39?
    it says:
    "No 37 longbourne crescent
    Please keep off front."

(street view from 2023 is a bit clearer when zoomed in)

Front door to 37 is round the corner but with no drive so maybe they are reminding all that that is their allocated parking space

It's been reduced twice from 280k since going on the market last June.

Yes I see what you mean on photo 9, I didn’t notice that before. I will have to look at the upstairs lights again, as I’m not sure what you mean. The whole house looks really plain inside I thought and no colour whatsoever.
I have circled ths sign I was talking about. I wonder if they’ve had visitors in the past and thought the whole of the front parking belonged to 39.

Plenty of room for a Floral Dance on these lawns. His son is complaining no one is viewing it but imagine the cost to update.

It’s not just the cost of updating. I imagine that they need pretty much a full time gardener to keep the garden looking like this. Plus, a full time cleaner inside the house. And, the heating bill!
