This tells the story of how not to make a first impression. Didn't even put the loo seat down for the photos:

Tenants, so they have no interest in making a good first impression?
I wondered that, but surely the EA wants to sell the property so could at least have put the toilet lids down? If it was competitively priced then I expect people would look past the presentation, but it seems overpriced for the area to me too.

Currently owned by relatives of the Qatari royal family, this has recently been reduced to £7.95m. Was bought for  £11.6m  in January 2014.

So many problems - one of the main ones is that there's not a loo on the main living room floor.  But, all those stairs! I like that it's filled an ugly gap in the street in a new way without trying to blend in which usually looks awful, it's lined up the four floors exactly.

If you live on the  beach block and cultivating a retro US. look I would have gone with a The Endless Summer theme.

How many cushions does one bed need?  I had thought the fashion for heaps of cushions on beds had passed.
The one place where a few cushions might be a good idea (the sofa) has just three or four small ones.

Amazing!  Mind you, you can put as many dusters as you like on that kitchen motorbike's exhausts, they still remain an enormous tripping hazard.

We were looking at this house on Rightmove over the weekend and can anyone make out the white sign that is on the neighbours house please? We have tried zooming in etc. The house for sale is empty and I’m wondering if the sellers have had a row with neighbour and wanted to get out quick.

    Thank you!

I can't make it all out, but I can see the following (xxx words I can't work out)

    No 37 neighbours xxx
    Please keep off xxx

Just guessing, but I think the sign is to make clear its 37's parking and not 39?

I can't see any sign on the neighbour's house. I'd be more concerned about the stain on the kitchen ceiling that looks likes a leak from the bathroom (photo 9) plus the rather odd factor of the upstairs lights having the rose dropped down.
