2 bedroom flat (plan says 2 , description incorrectly says 4?) - 6.5 million and for that you don't even get a separate living/dining/kitchen.
There is an exclusive club next door where you can presumably get a sandwich and sit down too.

For £32,000 per year service charge I'd expect my own private members club within the development!!

It's probably only ever going to be used as a pied a terre - assuming the place gets used at all, given the wealthy's propensity for buying 'investment' assets they never do anything with - so has possibly been laid out as a glorified hotel room rather than anywhere fit for permanent occupation.

Having said that, the internal design is astonishingly poor. The bedrooms are no bigger than cupboards, yet there are two entirely superfluous dressing rooms and three bathrooms! With a bit of rejigging, it would be possible to double the size of the master and retain a small second bedroom if one was prepared to do away with the dressing rooms and poke up with a single (the horror!) bathroom.

A partition wall in the main room wouldn't go amiss, either - make a separate kitchen at one end and have a sitting-room-diner at the other.
