Looks fairly normal from the front, but is a fine example of a 1930's semi with all the soul and character stripped out of it.  Especially when you look at the photos of the inside and the rear view.

Sutton Coldfield is a nice area (I don't live far from this house) and there is a large Tesco and Aldi just a stones throw away and is close to a few other shops plus public transport. But it borders with Kingstanding which is quite rough. So I personally wouldn't choose to live here.

I did look at the image on Street view and the picture is 3 years old, so how it looks now is definitely an improvement.

Was looking at this one earlier.....

Looking at the floorplan, it has the weirdest layout.  When you walk through the front door, you have to walk through the kitchen and lounge diner to get to the stairs. Also the en-suite doesn't look it has a toilet but has a massive waste of space jacuzzi bath. They have extended it to the side, so the side entry has been lost (a bug bear of mine and wouldn't like to have to traipse through the house when doing the garden).  Artificial grass in the garden as well.

Kerb appeal is a little better than it was back in 2022 (latest streetview). If someone were to be a little exuberant with speed when parking up next door, I can see a vehicle jumping over the wall. Or just a stumble, and you'd have a nasty fall....

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

The side entry thing is my bugbear too! We've extended our semi at the side but still left a path to get through with the bins etc. Lots of our neighbours have gone right up to the boundaries and effectively created terraces. We used to live in a terrace and I am not sure why you would create one when you had a semi (for the sake of 1 metre, which is all our little side path is!) My friends have got a house like this too, and they have to let the window cleaner walk through the house to get to the back windows! Even in our terrace we had a back gate onto an alley so we didn't have to bring rubbish through the house, and we had front and back ways in and out of the property.

The size of that house is really weird, can it be right? 534 square feet/49.6 square metres is really small for a 4 bedroom house. Mind you I think the bedrooms have been artfully photographed to look a decent size but how could you get into the chest of drawers at the foot of the master bed?
