Do you think estate agents need dictionaries? I'm not understanding the use of the word 'spacious', or what the 'deluxe windows' are.

If they had said "poky without room to swing a cat (dead or alive)", they wouldn't get many viewings.

But once you find out where the place is (squeezed in behind No.216), I can't see may people being interested.

I'm wondering if this property has planning permission - It looks to be in breach of local policy regarding over-development.

Definitely a ghost and judging by the age of the trainers, a recently deceased one. I'd be concerned about what killed them, are they a threat to future purchasers of the house and how friendly is that ghost. Would knock a few quid of the purchase price cos of that resident.

I think it is but it is a funny angle and doesn't really look like him.  Made to look harder than he is perhaps.   He's a well know boxer and I think he and, mostly his Mrs, did a reality show with much of it being filmed in this house.  He loved it there but his big wins meant he had to move, not very far though.

No, looking again, I don't think it is him in the poster.
