But once you find out where the place is (squeezed in behind No.216), I can't see may people being interested.

The rooms are a bit poky.  It’s cheap for a 5 bedroom house in Bournemouth, it’s become very expensive.

But I would question whether it is truly a 5 bed property.

Two of the "bedrooms" are on the ground floor in a flat roofed side extension - Possibly a garage originally. In all, a nasty little property with no redeeming features or even a garden.

I mentioned a while back we are going to get more of this sort of stuff with specialist programs made for all too easy  use. We already have fake clouds that are usually easy to spot. Why? Most because Estate Agents are lazy and don't even do a through job deceiving.
Why tidy up a bedroom when AI can remove unsightly objects? Why mow that overgrown lawn when it can be made luscious and green
with attractive flower beds? That damp patch? Gone in a jiffy!
Add a cute dog/cat for homely viewer appeal and inclusion on this thread.

Pretty sure that the flue from the wood stove is not compliant with regs. Sitting up on the "balcony" with the fire lit is going to be pretty unpleasant. But with no where to store logs, it is just going to be lit on rare occasions for "ambiance" - Likely to be way overpowered for such a tiny space anyway.

Even by London prices £700K is extortionate! 2 tiny bedrooms, 1 cramped shower room, no off road parking, no land, only 1 entrance straight from street into living room and on 3 floors.
