Was looking at this one earlier.....

Looking at the floorplan, it has the weirdest layout.  When you walk through the front door, you have to walk through the kitchen and lounge diner to get to the stairs. Also the en-suite doesn't look it has a toilet but has a massive waste of space jacuzzi bath. They have extended it to the side, so the side entry has been lost (a bug bear of mine and wouldn't like to have to traipse through the house when doing the garden).  Artificial grass in the garden as well.
The side entry thing is my bugbear too! We've extended our semi at the side but still left a path to get through with the bins etc. Lots of our neighbours have gone right up to the boundaries and effectively created terraces. We used to live in a terrace and I am not sure why you would create one when you had a semi (for the sake of 1 metre, which is all our little side path is!) My friends have got a house like this too, and they have to let the window cleaner walk through the house to get to the back windows! Even in our terrace we had a back gate onto an alley so we didn't have to bring rubbish through the house, and we had front and back ways in and out of the property.

The size of that house is really weird, can it be right? 534 square feet/49.6 square metres is really small for a 4 bedroom house. Mind you I think the bedrooms have been artfully photographed to look a decent size but how could you get into the chest of drawers at the foot of the master bed?

Have a side extension here too with a decent width of path (1.2m at its narrowest). Neighbour built right up to the boundary. Everything for the garden has to go through the house... I've granted permission for a gate to be installed to allow for gardeners/cleaners to have occasional access.

Hubby said not having a side entry it wouldn’t make a difference. We live in an end terraced house, where we have a shared side entry with the next door neighbour and our gates are next to each other. Mid terraced houses have the tunnel type entry running underneath.
I reminded him about the window cleaner - he texts me the night before and I leave gate unlocked so he can come round the back.

I like to keep the wheelie bins behind the gate as they  have a habit of going walkies where I live.
