Fingers crossed you'll get to do the job chasing on Monday. I've been keeping an eye on Brum . Hopefully things will improve and they wont need to lockdown.
I've been watching Andy Burnham in Manchester. i think he's pretty good at dealing with partial lockdowns. I'm not a Liverpool fan but Man U. However I'll never forget how he stood up for the 96 after the Hillsborough disaster.
Hope you're catching up on sleep and the nightmares aren't so bad. They'll be a thing of the past once the legal stuff is over.

Why are these texts still getting through to you?
    Can't you block them?

Evidence gathering as Melly is petitioning for divorce on the grounds of DA. Of course she could leave a friend to read them but like many copes better knowing exactly how things stand from day to day.
She is the only person able to show the vile messages and texts she's been bombarded with over the last six weeks to the police and her solicitor.
Blocking would mean cutting off the evidence that will see him gone. the police officer that visited him a few days ago must have just left the property when a long stream of threatening abuse came through to Melly. It clearly shows he's out of control . Never any regret over his behaviour over the years just extreme threats.

You will be ok Mel. yes it's wearing but the longer he keeps this up the more fuel he adds to the fire.
Once it's over and done you'll live with yourself just fine. if you hadn't got out when you did I dread to think what the outcome would have been.
I wanted nothing from my toxic ex. Just freedom and peace for my children and myself.
When you have a wobble have a look at your before and after pics. The difference is amazing in just a few weeks.
Just the fact although the message wasn't threatening you are being bombarded daily with stuff from both him and his sister shows they aren't giving you any peace.
Rest today love. I'd suggest leaving checking your messages until the following day but understand that can lead to sleepless nights anyway wondering what is being said.
As I said the other night you've rattled his cage and he's no longer the Ringmaster running the circus. He's without the person who brought in her pay, sorted his benefits and non cooperation with services trying to help him. If his sister cared at all she'd be looking for the help he needs rather than joining with him to pester you.
Your safari picture made me smile. Not just for the obvious difference a few weeks had made but the fact you had clear floor around you.
Remember when you were both in the flat and you struggled to get to the kitchen through all his carp? I know you sorted a lot when you were moved to the bungalow but do wonder if he's back to the old ways. I know the person who visited from the HA upset you but can you now see although she put things very badly indeed she had some valid concerns?
Just remember the only way you're going now is forward.
Good luck tomorrow. Once you're working and in a settled routine you'll feel much better. You have good friends, housing and others backing you.
