Had a good night tonight 
Got to play all the music I haven't been allowed to for years. 
Food is OK, much better than I thought it would be. 

Now just need. To keep this positive

Mel, when my sister finally split from her husband, 3 months later she said it was like she'd been brainwashed looking back. So many things she wasn't allowed to do or say. It takes a while to come back into yourself but in a couple of weeks when you look back you won't believe the difference. Good luck!

SIL sorted me some clothes out last week. 
My mate where I am staying having known me for about 18 years knows that hair faffing perks me up so he paid and took me. 
I am being cosseted. 
Have meetings set up next week for work. 
The level of support and care I'm getting keeps freaking me out 
The longer I'm out the more I see clearly how toxic it was.
